Hi,

The problem is if I try actually jumping or falling off said high point. As my virtual avatar is careening off a cliff, or my first-person viewpoint is hurtling towards the ground, I physically feel a tightness in my chest as the ground gets closer ever so quickly. And it happens in either type of game, whether I'm looking at my character jumping off or it's actually my first-person viewpoint.Things like: jumping off the Agency Tower in Crackdown; jumping off of any building in Assassin's Creed; falling out of a helicopter in Grand Theft Auto 4 or even Battlefield: Bad Company; and most recently, jumping off the balcony of Tenpenny Tower in Fallout 3.It's almost like I actually feel like I'm about to die even though I've jumped from high distances many times before in video games prior. And weirdly it happens every single time, and I really can't remember a single moment that I don't feel that tiny bit of vertigo from rushing towards the ground. It's very strange to me, and it only occurs when I have a very large distance to fall. It doesn't happen if I am just standing there looking down.Maybe I have a fear of heights or something? But it's weird because I can go out in real life and go to high places, but maybe I just don't like the idea of falling off so much?

Please help.

I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
